To make a deposit into your Casino Riva account, you must first log into your account and be "playing for real". Once you have done this you will be able to make your first deposit into your Casino Riva account:

2. How can I withdraw the money i've gained?
To withdraw money from your Casino Riva account, you have to be connected to the Internet and logged on to Casino Riva. Enter the "Play for Real" mode by logging in with your username and password. Once in the casino, press the "Cashier" button located at the bottom right corner and click on "withdraw". You are entitled to withdraw all the money you want from your account, whenever you want.
All you have to do is note down the amount you wish to withdraw, and select the withdrawal method (Wire transfer, cheque etc.).
Please note, when you withdraw you should not experience any credit card problems because the money is directly credited to your credit card account. This eliminates the danger of credit fraud or the unauthorized use of credit cards. It is the easiest and least expensive way of reimbursing our clients. Also, when using this method there are no fees, thus the entire amount of your withdrawal will be credited directly to you.
Also bear in mind that you can withdraw no more cash than you initially deposited via your credit card on your Casino Riva account. Therefore, if you wish to withdraw winnings higher than the amount you initially deposited, you will need to do this withdrawal by wire transfer. This restriction is established by credit card companies and not by our Casino. For instance, if you deposited £700 into your account and you got your game balance to £1100 and decided to withdraw it you will only be able to withdraw £700 to your credit card and the remaining £400 will need to be transferred via wire transfer to your bank account.
Wire transfers are sent directly to your bank account. If you select this method of reimbursement, you will need to provide us with your bank account information.
In order to complete your transfer you MUST provide the following information:
1) Name of your bank.
2) Address, city, county, post code of your bank.
3) Your bank account number.
4) The account holder's full name.
3) The sort code, routing number, Swift code and ABA# (If you are in doubt, please ask your bank for this information).
Keep in mind that there are no fees for wire transfers.
If you have chosen to convert your bonus points into cash, you will only be able to withdraw that money after you have placed a bet with it!
Withdrawal limits:
The minimum withdrawal amount for a wire transfer is £30. If the amount you request to withdraw is less than £30, the money will be left in your Casino Riva account and the withdrawal request will be ignored. You cannot withdraw the sign up bonus you received during the registration process, without having first placed a bet with it. If you attempt to do so, again, your withdrawal request will be denied.

7. What should I do if I don't see my deposit on Casino Riva or my transfer is rejected?
When you make a deposit via your credit card to your Riva account you should see the deposit in your account after a maximum of 2 or 3 minutes. If the deposit has been rejected, you will immediately receive an email explaining why. If the deposit has been successful but it is still not showing in your Casino Riva account, please check your E-mail. If you receive no messages from Casino Riva after 10 minutes, please contact us at deposits@casinoriva.com and tell us exactly when you attempted to make your deposit, please include your full name and username.
