5. What are the rules of BlackJack?
The basic, primary rule of Black Jack is to score 21 points or less with the cards in your hand. The game is played against the dealer so it does not matter what the other players receive, it will not affect your result.
Before any cards are dealt, the players must place a bet on the hand to be dealt. This is done this by placing the bet in the designated space in front of the table. The dealer then deals two cards to each of the players and two to himself (one of the dealer's cards is dealt face up and one is dealt facing down). Face cards (kings, queens and jacks) count as 10, an ace counts as one or 11. The player may choose the ace's value and it may change from 11 to 1 as many times as the player decides provided that the total held does not exceed 21. All other cards are counted at their face value.
"BLACK JACK":
If any player's first two cards are an ace and a 10 or face card, they win. However, if the dealer also has a blackjack, it is a standoff, as are all ties or pushes, the entire amount of money bet by the drawing parties is returned.
A winning Black Jack hand pays the player 3 to 2.
"HIT or STAND":
A hit is where a player requests another card (which the player signifies by scraping the table with his cards or a similar hand motion). A stand means no more cards required (which the player signals by placing his cards under his wager or moving his hand in a horizontal direction). If the player hits and busts (goes over 21), he immediately turns his cards over and his wager is lost.
"DOUBLE DOWN "
The player is allowed to double the bet on his first two cards and draw one additional card only to improve his hand. Once this extra card is drawn the player's go is then over.
"SPLITTING PAIRS ":
If the first two cards a player is dealt are a pair, he may split them into two separate hands, bet the same amount on each and then play them separately. Aces receive only one additional card. After splitting, A-10 counts as 21 and not as Black Jack.
"INSURANCE":
If the dealer's facing card is an ace, the player may take insurance, a bet not exceeding one-half his original bet. If the dealer's down card is a 10 or any face card, the player wins 2 to 1. Any other card means a win for the dealer.
"SURRENDER":
Where permitted, a player may give up his first two cards and lose only one-half his original bet.
The dealer must draw on 16 and stand on 17.

6. How do I play Roulette?
Roulette is a glamorous, exciting game that's easy to play. The typical "American" roulette wheel is divided into 38 slots which are numbered 1 to 36 plus 0 and 00. Even numbers are red and odd numbers black. 0 and 00 are green. Some casinos offer the "European Wheel". This wheel has only 37 slots. There is no 00.
After players place their bets, the dealer rolls a small white ball in the opposite direction of the spinning wheel. When the ball comes to rest in one of the slots, the dealer will call out the winning number and settle all bets.
BETTING:
These are the bets you can place and their corresponding payouts
Straight Bet:
A bet on a single number pays 35:1.
Split Bet: A bet on 2 adjacent numbers pays 17:1.
Street Bet : A bet on 3 numbers on a horizontal line pays 11:1.
Corner Bet: A bet on a block of 4 numbers pays 8:1.
Line Bet: A bet on 6 numbers in 2 adjacent rows pays 5:1.
Column Bet : A bet on 1 of 3 vertical columns pays 2:1.
Dozen Bet : A bet on 12 numbers, low (1-12), middle (13-24) or high (25-36) pays 2:1.
Even Bet : A bet on even or odd, red or black, low (1-18) or high (19-36) pays 1:1.
You can place as many bets as you like on a single spin of the wheel up to the table maximum.
Some casinos use a rule called en prison. When a zero or double zero hits, the player loses half the bet, or can let the bet remain in play, with the results to be determined on the next spin. This rule only applies to even money bets.

7. I don't understand VideoPoker.
When you start the hand, you are dealt 5 random cards. You then select cards to keep and throw the rest away. The dealer then deals the same amount of cards as were thrown away and the hand is evaluated. Based on what kind of hand you're holding, you'll receive a certain number of points.
Hands are listed below, from best (highest scoring), to worst (no score):
Royal Flush - 3000 Points:
A straight flush, with the Ace high.
In other words, a Ten, Jack, Queen, King and Ace, all of the same suit.
Four of a Kind - 125 points:
Four cards of the same value. (Obviously, each of different suits).
Full House - 40 points:
A three of a kind and a pair at the same time.
Flush - x 25 points:
All cards in your hand are the same suit.
Straight - 20 points:
All five cards are consecutive.
For example: Three of Clubs, Four of Spades, Five of Clubs, Six of Diamonds, and Seven of Hearts.
Three of a Kind - 15 points:
Three cards of the same value.
Two Pair - 10 points:
Two pairs of cards.
In other words, two cards in your hand that are the same value, and two other cards in your hand that are also the same value.
Pair - 5 points:
Two cards in your hand are the same value. In this version, they must be Jacks or better!
None of the Above:
0 points
Each turn "costs" 5 points, so if you get a pair, no points actually end up added to your total score. If you don't get anything, you actually lose five points! This is just how handheld and Vegas video poker games work!

8. What exactly is slots?
Slot machines (also known as "one-armed bandits") are thrilling games that let you win many times more than your bet.
To play the slot machine just drop chips into the slot and pull the handle or click the "spin" button to rotate the reels. You can drop as many chips as you wish into the slot but only one chip or credit is played each time by default. You can click the "BET ONE" button to increase your bet by one credit. The maximum number of credits that can be played in one round varies per game. You can click the "BET MAX" button to bet the maximum number of credits right away. If you wish cash out the credits that are in the machine but have not been played yet click the "CASH OUT" button on the machine.
Payouts are as shown in the table on top of the machine. For example, if you play one chip (credit) in a 50 pence slot machine and all triple-bars line up, you will receive 80 chips which is £40.
