This is a step-by-step guide to installing and using the Casino Riva software.

1. Downloading the Software
1. Downloading casino software from Casino Riva couldn't be easier. Just log on to www.casinoriva.com, the Casino Riva homepage will open, and a window like this will appear.
2. Click 'OK' to continue.This window will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen.

3. Select save, and then save the CasinoRiva software. IMPORTANT: always remember where you have saved
the software on your computer. If you are worried you might not remember where the software is, save it on your desktop.
That way you will always be able to see it.
4. Now press close. The download is now complete, and you are ready to install the software. You can now
proceed to section 2. Installation & sign up.
2. Installation and Sign Up
1. To install the software, find the casinoriva.exe file that you downloaded during step one and double-click on it.
This screen will appear.

4. The software should now install. The next window that you see will be the Casino Riva
home page screen, which should look like this:

You do not need a promotional code to proceed but you may miss out on some special offers if you do not input one now. Once all the data is inputted and you have again agreed to the terms and condition, press APPLY to apply for an account. Now you can learn how to play the games.

3. Playing in fun mode
1. To play in Fun Mode you must have already completed steps 1 and 2. If you do not want to
download the Casino Riva software you can play the games online, just follow 5. Playing in
Flash (non-download) mode online. To play in Fun Mode, go to the Casino Riva home page and
click on the green PLAY FOR FUN button in the middle of the screen, as shown in the Installation
& Sign Up section. Once you have selected that, you will arrive at this screen:

To load any game, simply double click on it and wait for it to load. Once it has loaded the red X will become a green tick (see next to 'Super Multitimes' above). If you have enjoyed playing these games but would like to play for money, go to section 4 Playing in Real Money Mode.

4. Playing in real money mode
1. Playing in real money mode involves using your own money to gamble online at Casino Riva.

To play in this way, open the Casino Riva software and press on the red 'Play For Real' button in the middle of the page. The following screen will appear:
Simply input your user name and password, and select login. If you are using your home computer, you can also tick the box that says Remember my username and password, so that you do not have to do this again. We recommend that you do not use this setting if you are using a shared computer or a computer in public use. If you do not yet have an account, click on Create Account, fill in your details and then return to this screen and fill in your information.
After you have logged in you will be taken to the cashier page which looks like this:

It opens onto the Deposit screen, from which you can use your credit card or other means
to deposit cash. To do so just follow the on-screen instructions. If you have a bonus code, make sure you click on the BONUSES
tab and input your bonus code there BEFORE you make a deposit.
Once you have won some money and you would like to take it out of Casino Riva, just click on the WITHDRAW tab, and have your relevant bank details ready. Fill them in and you can withdraw your winnings from Casino Riva.
HISTORY is a log of all your Casino Riva transactions, you can view it by clicking on it. MY ACCOUNT will allow you to change your password. If at any time you would like to see Casino Riva's policy on responsible gaming, click on RESPONSIBLE, and a new window will open showing the policy. To return to real money games, click on LOBBY. Finally, if you have any technical problems, support@casinoriva.co.uk is available at the very top of the page.

5. Playing in Flash (non-download) mode Online
1. Playing in Flash (non-download) mode online is by far the simplest way to play our
games for free. Just go to www.casinoriva.com and select 'No Download Version Play Games Now' in the bottom right of the home page screen, shown below:
From here a new window will open with all our games available, to play one, just click on it. A new window will open with the game in it. Just wait for it to load and you're ready to play!
